This is the 4th time that I have run this race.  Jeff Golden, Joseph Bell, and Dave Smith are running it with me.  Nelson and Gordon are running the half.  Weather was perfect with temps in the 40's and overcast.  Course is a fast course.  However, I knew that I had not done the work going in to physically be ready for this one.  Also, with doubt on my mind, I was not mentally tough whenever fatigue sat in.  I ran out of legs by mile 12 and things got ugly quick.

looking at this from the glass half full perspective:  I'm still running.  A marathon is a true test of your physical endurance.  This test shows me I have lots of work to do to get back in good shape.
