AM run outside around Mutton Creek.  34 degrees.  9.65 miles in 1:33:01 or  9:38 mpm.  Trying to get back to running after two days off.

We have quite a bit going on right now.  I spent the weekend getting the house ready to show on sunday.  We are getting ready to move to a new state, Heidi soon starts a new job, I'm trying to get my continuing education in and a house sold.  Both kids are in sports.  Unfortunately, training for Boston sometimes takes a back seat.

8 pm run around mutton creek.

8:05, 7:21, 8:08, 8:37, 8:25, 8:55 (2:16)
