midday run after church.  Started with yak traks. no snow, but after a night of rain and falling temps there was lots of ice on the roads.  Mid way through the run the streets started drying out.  Pretty slow.  However, I had on 10 pounds of gear. 3:11:36 for 20 miles or 9:35 average pace.

AM run by myself.  A rather eventfull morning around our house. We had a late night out with friends watching the big game.  Amelia was up multiple times during the night so I end up falling asleep in her room.  Oliver got sick and vomited in his room, down the hallway and in the bathroom.  Needless to say, an early morning run before my wife went off to work and after a 20 miler yesterday was tough.  However, I  ran three and a quarter miles in the neighborhood.
