5:30 am run with Dave and Shawn. 33 degrees. Met at the lot. route consisted of multiple loops today. Today was supposed to be race day in Knoxville for Shawn and I. After a bout with the flu and low base miles we both differed to next year.

11.5 miles at 9:05 mpm. Now I'm looking forward to the Hatfield and McCoy in June.

5pm Hill Run. 4.25 miles 590 feet of elevation gain.
