5am run from the hotel in Jeffersonville, IN.  Stayed overnight there on our way to Heidi's parents for mothers day.  48 degrees.  Legs are very torn down after yesterday's run with Corey.

6am trail run at PC park.  Great day for a run.  We had a good group of runners. Todd, Kyle, Dave, Jeff, Tony and myself.  8.5 miles with the group, then 2.75 miles on the road.  Hill climb from the shelter to the park entrance and back.
