am miles outside.  Though logged as easy miles, there wasn't anything easy about them.  Legs are tired from yesterday's run.  I ran the Oktoberfest 5k route forwards, then back and forward once again.  5k splits; 26:52, 29:31, 31:22.

 

pm family run in heat.  65% humidity and 81 degrees Heidi and I pushed Oliver and Amelia to get ice cream (for the kids not us), then back home.  4 miles with jogging strollers.
