tough 5am run with tony, dave and kyle.  76 degrees and humid.  We left from Shell and ran up 27.  I squeezed out the back door early.

8:15 Mud Mayhem run which is an obsitcal course run.  Very muddy as it should be (see name).  I finished 23rd out of 396 but over 5 minutes behind the rest of my team.
