5am run from Grace Baptist. 68 degrees. Large group. The plan called for 1k repeats. I just went through the motions to get miles in today.

5am run with Heidi in our neighborhood. mid 60's and clear. Heidi was doing a 4 mile tempo run (9 mpm) so I joined her and then ran some additional mileage. 7.50 miles in 1:09:48 or 9:13 mpm.
