5am run from Rocky Hollow with David, Tony, Kyle and Todd.  72 and humid.  We just ran an 'easy' pace around town.  A couple of days out from a marathon.

This is a nice race in Columbus IN.  7:30am start.  I ran the first half with my wife Heidi.  She was looking to run a sub-2 hour half marathon.  I knew I was not totally ready for the marathon, but planned to run this one to complete, not compete.  72 degrees to start the race.  85 by the finish.  

5k:  27:06

10K: 54:57

10M: 1:29:46

15M: 2:10:13

20M: 2:58:26

This is one we will do again.  Great crowd support.  Good bands.  They also give away a truck for a door prize!!
