Runner 9 Leg 2 of the Bourbon Chase.  3:37am and 37 degrees.  I feel pretty good.  This leg runs due north on 127 which is a 4 lane route with a good shoulder.

7:15, 7:19, 7:39, 7:17, 6:57 5.04 miles in 36:49 or 7:18 mpm

 

Runner 9 Leg 3 of the Bourbon Chase. 12:30PM 68 degrees. I was a little worn out by this time.  Heat and Hills were getting to me.  It took me a little to get the legs moving.  I did pass some people.  Some were just walking by now.  

8:02, 7:33, 7:36, 8:06, (4:26).  4.57 miles in 35:46 or 7:50 mpm
