AM easy 2.5 mile run in Somerset. I'm just trying to get back to some type of normal after moving and starting a new job.

AM run around neighborhood in Somerset. Many more hills here than Seymour. 5.25 miles in 53:10. Not any land speed records here. However, two days after getting back to some type of regular exercise and I feel good.

Mid-day cycling. 8.25 miles in 26:42 or 18.5 mph. 80 degrees and humid.
